Our Service and Booking Policies


For fairness and courtesy to us and our clients we require notice for any cancellations or rebookings at least 24 hours before the appointment- that way we can fill the empty space.

As of September 1st, 2016, we will be requiring a valid credit card number for all bookings due to a large amount of no show clients. Your card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your massage or give less than ample notice, in which case there will be a $20 per person charge which can be applied towards future services. We reserve the right to decline service if a client does not show twice in a row. We keep all personal information safe and will never ever share it with a third party.

We are open most holidays. Due to a large amount of inquiries for holidays, and no show clients during holidays, we reserve the right to add an extra charge on top of service price for any holiday booking. Typical charge on top of service price for holiday bookings will be $10 per person unless otherwise notified. We do not charge extra fees for non-holiday bookings unless otherwise notified.

If you will be using a coupon or gift card for your service we require notification of this upon booking. Please check with us before buying a coupon or gift card if it is a necessity for you to have a RMT receipt as we reserve the right to deny a receipt for specific promotions.

If booking through a promotional offer, we require 24 hour notice for cancellations. We can be reached through e-mail, phone or text. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to claim any vouchers and will require a $20 fee to rebook with less than asked notice. Voucher numbers are required upon booking for appointment confirmation.

We do not tolerate abusive, threatening or sexual remarks and reserve the right to refuse service or hang up the phone in these instances.

Please arrive between 15-5 minutes early for a first time appointment in order to fill out our paperwork and prepare. Appointment time indicates the time of beginning of the service and not the time you should arrive (ex. If your appointment is for 4pm, arrive between 345-355pm and we will begin your 60 min massage at 4pm). In the event that the client is late for an appointment, we will do our best to give you the full time allotted, if we cannot do so due to the schedule we will finish the service at the time we should have finished (ex. If you are booked for 4pm and arrive at 4:15, we will finish by 5pm for a 60 min massage). Arriving late when using a voucher or gift certificate does not entitle you to an exception of the rule. If the clinic or therapist begins your service late due to our fault, we will, of course, give you your entire service time.

In the unlikely event that the therapist needs to cancel an appointment last minute (due to emergency or injury) we will gladly rebook you at your earliest convenience and most likely add a service upgrade or discount for the inconvenice.

We reserve the right to refuse service in the event that a service would be harmful to the patient or therapist. If you have an injury, illness or concern regarding your treatment upon booking, please notify us so we can determine the appropriate service for you. We are not responsible for wasted time or money if you do not qualify for a prepaid service.

Clients using groupon vouchers are only allowed to use one groupon per service (one 60 min massage, one 60 min couples massage, one massage and facial package, one 45 min facial) during a 12 month period. If using the 'couples massage or two massages' voucher for two massages for yourself, we do not allow a third single 60 min groupon massage voucher). If you have purchased more than one groupon for yourself you may use the value paid towards your next service (bought a groupon for $55 to use a second time, can use $55 paid towards the regular $75 service, paying the extra $20 etc). Groupons are for promotional purposes only and not to use regularly. You may also gift the groupon to another person to use for their first visit. Groupon may also be contacted to request a refund.
